Aluminum Oxide Metal Polishing Products
Available in "J" & "X" weights. For dry use only.
R350 60 - 400, 600 grits Used primarily for metal polishing. A 65/35 polyester backing featuring good quality, lowest cost. Also a quality product for the metal polishing & plating trade when the belt cost is a prime consideration.
JA512 60 - 400 grits A Polyester / Cotton blend “J” weight resin bond cloth with a high degree fo flexibility. Primarily used on scissors, cutlery and surgical instruments. Suitable for narrow belts only.
R352 60 - 400 grits Used primarily for metal polishing. A 65/35 polyester backing featuring good quality, lowest cost. Also a quality product for the metal polishing & plating trade when the belt cost is a prime consideration. For use in operations that require good flexibility, yet also require more strength than “J” weight products.
R145 36 - 400 grits An “X” weight resin bond general purpose product 65/35 polyester/cotton blend that is an excellent product and is our most popular “X” weight product for narrow belts.
XA517 24 - 400 grits An “X” weight resin bond cloth for general purpose use. Similar to our R145 product. An excellent product that is used mainly for narrow belts.
Silicon Carbide Metal Polishing Products
Available as an "Y" weight product in 80 grit while 100 grit and finer is "X" weight. Both weights are waterproof.
S181 24 - 600 grits “Y” weight polyester resin bond for grits 80 & coarser. Grits 100 & finer are “X” weight polyester resin bond. For use on nonferrous metals, titanium and stainless steel.
PC221 24 - 400 grits “Y” weight polyester resin bond for grits 80 & coarser. Grits 100 & finer are “X” weight polyester resin bond. For use on nonferrous metals, titanium and stainless steel.
